I have a CD-DVD Burner and I want to Download an FLV Music Video.

If I want to download both Music and Video, what do I convert it to?

If I only want an Audio CD,what do I convert that to?

There are so many to choose from,I am a bit confused.

Thanks in advance.:)

If you want keep both Video and the sound track together Dougie save as WMV as in pic 1.

If you want to save just the soundtrack then save as MP3 as in pic 2.

Obviously the higher quality you want the bigger the file size, I've always gone for Optimal but it's up to you mate.
