RandyL Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 Hi fab; I assume you're using Internet Explorer 7. Sometimes Windows Live Mail access can be corrected by deleting your browsing history. Go to Control Panel>Internet Options. Under the General tab in Browsing History click Delete. Then delete Temporary Internet Files and delete Cookies. If that doesn't work we'll try the Restore Advanced settings in IE. Let me know how it goes with the Browsing History first. I'll supply the instructions if need be. You can also check your account by typing in News, Sport, Music, Movies, Money, Cars, Shopping and more from the MSN UK or something similar. See if you are able to access your account now.
