Blank white screen?

Hi there,Hope someone can help here.When i go onto Sign In it just comes up with a blank white screen.I'm desperate to read my emails but its been like this for a while.I'm wondering if some of my settings are wrong or something?

Hi fab;

I assume you're using Internet Explorer 7. Sometimes Windows Live Mail access can be corrected by deleting your browsing history.

 

Go to Control Panel>Internet Options. Under the General tab in Browsing History click Delete. Then delete Temporary Internet Files and delete Cookies.

 

If that doesn't work we'll try the Restore Advanced settings in IE. Let me know how it goes with the Browsing History first. I'll supply the instructions if need be.

no thats hasn't worked.I'm not sure which explorer we are using, how can i find out?

Click on Help and then About Internet Explorer

 

Does it work in another browser like FireFox?

For some reason it doesn't say what version of Internet explorer it is?

Are you clicking on help from the IE toolbar? Not help from the start button.

fab you still have the original problem in that it doesn't work in IE.

Hello Fab. The problem is at MSN's end and many people are starting to experience it by the end of the day. You can also check your account by typing in News, Sport, Music, Movies, Money, Cars, Shopping and more from the MSN UK or something similar. See if you are able to access your account now.
