Guest LibbyPaul Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 My Terminal Services server crashed and had to be reinstalled. Now all the printers I installed for my Terminal Services users print an extra blank form after printing an invoice. Does anyone know if this is a driver compatibility problem or a setting in Terminal Services?

It seems that this printer or at least the printer driver is not supported in a Terminal Services environment. Are you using Citrix Metaframe? Which printer (driver) is used? Regards. Guest LibbyPaul Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Re: Printer Printing Extra Page I'm using Windows TS. The printer driver worked before the server crashed and is working in our test environment. The driver is for a Ricoh Aficio 2035 for Microsoft Windows server 2003 "Shridhar Venkatanarasimhan [MS]" wrote: > Hi. > > It seems that this printer or at least the printer driver is not supported > in a Terminal Services environment. > Are you using Citrix Metaframe?
