Printer Printing Extra Page

My Terminal Services server crashed and had to be reinstalled. Now all the

printers I installed for my Terminal Services users print an extra blank form

after printing an invoice. Does anyone know if this is a driver

compatibility problem or a setting in Terminal Services?

Hi.

 

It seems that this printer or at least the printer driver is not supported

in a Terminal Services environment.

Are you using Citrix Metaframe? Which printer (driver) is used?

I'm using Windows TS. The printer driver worked before the server crashed

and is working in our test environment. The driver is for a Ricoh Aficio

2035 for Microsoft Windows server 2003
