Guest Tony De Shiro Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 I'm running Windows XP with SP3. Everytime I boot up the computer Windows Installer attempts to load PhotoGallery. I don't have FrontPage installed. My printer is an HP PhotoSmart 2610xi all-in-one. I thought it might be a problem with the printer install but after working with HP tech support for a day, they say there's nothing they can do. Suggestions? -- Tony D.

Have a look at: http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showtopic=1596 PhotoGallery *is* part of HP, so the tech person you worked with *should* have been able to help you. Another thing to try is to uninstall and reinstall your printer and its drivers/software. Also, what is the relevance of your Subject line?
