The copy speed is really slow in my laptop. Even copying two lines of text is taking multiple copy clicks or waiting time. I've searched web but can't

Like if I'm renaming some files in file explorer to the copied text from somewhere else, its renaming the file to past clipboard copies as it's taking alot of time to copy text and i have to wait for a couple of seconds to be able to paste it. This is very annoying. This copy paste problem is present everywhere, on browsers, word, powerpoint , google eveywhere. This delay to copy and paste even some bytes of text is causing me problems.
