All printers, including MS Print to PDF, not connected

Starting with today all printers are "Not connected" and cannot be used. This includes printers like Adobe PDF, Fax, Microsoft Print to PDF and MS XPS Document Writer. Just a few days ago it worked and there was no update in-between. Printer Spooler is running, Pointers folders are empty and SFC /Scannow doesn't detect any problems.I'm at a complete loss here and all the help pages I found are not about this problem where all printers won't work while printer spooler is running.Anyone has a solution for this?
