I have already downloaded and installed the offline versions of ASP.NET Core Runtime 7.0.5; and .NET Desktop Runtime 7.0.5 After restarting my Windows 11, the Windows Update still shows 2023-04 .NET 7.0.5 Security Update for x64 Client (KB5025916) outstanding. What is missing?
