So I installed Windows 11 and my games are stuttering, some pretty severely when there is camera turning involved. Windows 11 is a clean install on a brand new SSD since my previous SSD is MBR and not GPT. I have followed a number of tips on this subject including disabling Game DVR and High Precision somethingorother. I don't have anything but Steam running other than basic stuff like my software for lights, so there's really nothing running in the background. I've turned off Game Mode. All drivers are fresh installs. Windows 11 is all up to date. MB Bios is up to date. Capped my FPS to the r
