Stop error in Windows XP Professional

Please can someone advise me how to fix the following stop error on my

brother's PC:

 

BAD_POOL_HEADER

 

0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0x84EF62A0, 0x84EF63D8, 0x1A270002)

Try Start, Run, type "sigverif.exe" without quotes and hit OK. What

drivers are listed as unsigned? Disregard those which are not checked.
