The device is not being recognized by my PC, but it is by other computers. I have used many USB cords and different ports with no success. Another device (Alesis V49) works normally.These is my PC and Windows version information:Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor 3.79 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition Windows 10 Home Version 22H2 OS build 19045.2846 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0 I contacted Alesis support but they told me I should contact you because the device works normally.What can
