Also - you should probably try the same from the person - as it could be your end with the issue - some filter on whatever server, etc. Lastly - the Macintosh person should save the file as a JPG and then attach that file to the email - not use any internal features of their email client to make it 'PC Friendly'. It's a picture - it should already be 'any computer/OS you want to run friendly'.
