I am getting this message on Windows Live Mail 2012. Can anyone help?

Unable to send or receive messages for the IMAP account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Server Response: Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors.
