AOL & XP User Accounts

My neighbor has a problem with the user accounts under XP. When she brings

up the computer it shows how mane e-mails each of the 2 users have in AOl

except the number of e-mails are reversed for the users. When she clicks on

her user name she gets her husbands setting. When she clicks on his user

name she gets her settings.

 

Any help appreciated.
