Guest Greg G. Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 How do I stop windows from playing all videos in a full-screen mode. It does not matter the format of video either. Windows media, real videos or quicktime, they all switch to a full-screen mode which I can not escape out of. It also does not matter which program is playing the video either, Real Player, Quick Time...they all jump to a full-screen mode. Operating system is Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2. I have a Sony Vaio Computer with Pentium D 3.00 GHz

Guest Greg G. Posted August 15, 2007 Posted August 15, 2007 Re: Videos play in full-screen mode Yes I am sure, or I would not have asked. It has to be something in the windows operating system that is causing this. Maybe, when I downloaded service pack 2 for my Media Center Edition or possibly Windows Media Player 11? I had added a bit onto the end and realised that it was not relevant. I was going to suggest something else that also turned out to be a red herring. I then inteded to cancel the post, but somehow sent just that line instead. I have no doubt that you are sure. > "M.I.5¾" wrote: > >> >> "Greg G." <Greg G.@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message >> news:5E8EC166-DB16-483A-A6D8-0C8F96585229@microsoft.com... >> > How do I stop windows from playing all videos in a full-screen mode. >> > It >> > does >> > not matter the format of video either.
