Kann man die Funktion "Systemabbild erstellen" im Task Manager unterbinden bzw. Full Dumps für eine einzelne Anwendung?

Hallo zusammen,über den Taskmanager (oder auch andere Programme) kann man sich ein Memory Dump einer Anwendung erstellen.Gibt es die Möglichkeit, diese Funktion nur für Administratoren zu erlauben?Ich habe den Fall, das ein Standard-User von einer speziellen Anwendung kein Memory Dump / Abbilddatei erstellen darf.Gibt es im Enterprise Segment dafür eine GPO oder einen Registry Key?
