Windows 11 - UNABLE TO ADD DEVICE (Setting > Bluetooth & Devices >Printers & Scanner > ADD DEVICE). Trying to add Printer

When I hit Add Device (Setting > Bluetooth & Devices >Printers & Scanner > ADD DEVICE) the option gets greyed out and it keeps spinning. Also unable to delete old printers (tried deleting from devices, from device manager and registry)Window 11 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1413)My printer was working a month ago as I was able to successfully add device after new windows 11 install but it stopped working recently. The printer I am using is HP but other people are reporting similar issues with different brand as well. Not a printer issue because I cant even go past the Add devic
