Internet Explorer 7 Issues

When I click on Tools / Internet Options or Tools /Delete Browsing History

nothing comes up in IE7. Everything else seems to be functioning normally. Is

there a way to fix this without having to download IE7 again?

MS has not yet created an IE7 newsgroup so you might want to post here to

get to the IE experts:
