I cannot run or download any program even from Lenovo Vantage other than from Microsot Store.

I purchahsed recently Lenovo laptop Ideapad 3 15ITLO5 Laptop Type 81X8 preloaded with Windows 11 home in S mode. The problem is that in Lenovo Vantage I cannot run servicebridge or any exe program after downloading it to update software and so on. In fact it cannot run any third party software other than from Microsoft Store.
