I paid aprox. SEK 1300 for Windows 10 Home, do I have to pay more to upgrade a second computer from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Home

I bought Windows 10 Home for aprox. SEK 1300. I have another computer with Windows 8.1,can I upgrade from W8.1 to W10 for free?
