Hello,Whenever I boot up my computer, I experience all the symptoms in the title. I can tell when the computer is in this weird state when I open up the volume icon in the task bar and the volume bar is highlighted/selected (white boarder around the slider). I was also able to tell by when I open up Microsoft edge and play a song or youtube the media bar that appears on the upper left hand corner never goes away. It's like it's stuck there.I've tried these following solutions:Turning off the media bar via Microsoft edge via edge://flags/#hardware-media-key-handlingTurn off "Underline keyboard
