How can I make Windows Input Experience leave the dedicated GPU alone?

I run Windows 11 Pro on a Laptop with Intel HD Graphics and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 3080. The latter card draws a lot of power (at least 10-15W) even when completely idle, which is not just wasteful but also loud (fan), so I like to have it off completely when I don't really need it.I have set Windows as manager for which app uses which GPU.Unfortunately, recently the NVIDIA GPU doesn't switch off anymore. Some digging revealed that the only process using it seems to be "Windows Input Experience". That doesn't sound like something that needs a dedicated GPU. How can I make that process use the i
