System keeps nagging me with Win11 update notifications though Laptop is not capable of running Win11...

I am running a german Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (19045.2604) on a Laptop with an i5-6200U that is not capable of running Win 11.Unfortunately I am always getting notifications, that there are "updates available (Windows 11, version 22H2), but that there seems to be a problem with the update". I am forced to click on that "Solve problem" button (or however it may be called in the english version).Clicking on that button Win 11 update is being downloaded and then I am prompted with this hardware requirments check telling me, that my computer is not capable of running Win 11 due to the CPU not being co
