I am trying to download the pictures from my iPhone onto my computer (running Windows 10). In order to do this, I right-clicked "Apple iPhone" in the file explorer, and hit "Import pictures and videos." Things proceeded as normal, scanning my phone for all photos, giving me a number of how many, and the option to import and label them manually or just use my regular settings. I made sure it was on regular settings, hit next, and it froze, looking like the attached image. After leaving it for a few minutes, I quit the application (from the taskbar, since the application itself is frozen), a
