Firefox Crashes

Hi, just a small problem I think, ever since I started using firefox it crashes whenever I click a link onto The Sun website. I've got all the latest updates and have tried reinstalling.

 

Can anyone explain it, to me who has little computer knowledge it seems a bit strange.

Does it work in IE? Is it only that one website or others too?

Do you have the latest version of Firefox Shrimps which is 3.0.1?

 

I just accessed that page and it loads ok for me and as you know I run nothing else except FF.

Hi, its working now, I downloaded the new firefox which I mistakenly thought I'd already installed and everything is fine.

 

Thanks, and its was just that website and only in firefox that it wasn't working,lol.

I'm still using FF2.0 updated and the site and links work OK for me too.

 

Are you running any FireFox add-ons?

 

Any chance one of your security programs are conflicting with it?

 

As always malware is a possibility. Even in FireFox.

Firefox does try and make itself accessible to the net but some firewalls will still block its access-

make sure the permissions are in the firewall rules also ;)
