2019-09 security update for windows vista with SP1

I am trying to install the windows 2019-19 security update for windows vista SP1 x86. When I try to install from the microsoft update catalogue and select my version, it says the update does not apply to the system. I've also tried using the windows update feature, but I get the following error: "windows could not search for new updates code 80072EFE". To provide context, I am trying to get the security update to download Malware Bytes software for my system. Currently, when I try to open the .exe file, I get the following error message: "the procedure entry point K32GetProcessImageFileNameW c
