I think I might’ve gotten hacked and when I try set in my password it just goes back to the opening screen.

I got a few virus warning not too long ago and was told to ignore them. But now it said my email didn’t have an account connected to so when I went to “make one” it said I had one so I tried logging in and it brought me back to the starting screen you see when you turn on the pc. I’ve changed my password 3 times and tried logging in a million times. Nothing seems to work. Help me
