I am not a developer and yet I have over 25 developer apps created on my Windows 10 Pro OS. Each App has a suffix of cw5n1h2txyewy for what purpose?

There are 25 + folders all start with Microsoft.Windows.AppName then ending with the suffix of cw5n1h2txyewy. AAD.BrokerPlugin, Accounts Control, AsyncTextService, BioEnrollemnt, creddialog host , ECApp, LockApp, MicrosoftEdgeDevToolsClient, Win32WebViewHost, AddSuggestedFolderstoLibraryDialog, AppRep.chxApp, AppResolverUX, AssignedAcesssLockApp, CallingShellApp, CapturePicker, ContentDeliveryManager, FileExplorer, FilePicker, narratorquickstart, OOBENetworkCaptivePortal, OOBENetworkConnectionFlow, SecureAssesmentBrowser, XGpuEjectDialog, XboxGameCallableUI, Client.CVS, UndockedDevKit, NcsiUw
