Hello!I got an error (0xc0000142) when trying to open the Command Prompt. Other programs work well.My brother was using my laptop earlier and he told me that he enabled something "legacy mode (requires relaunch)". I don't know if thats it but after that Command Prompt start giving me errors and won't let me in.I tried to look up for solutions but got confused and gave up.I'll be very happy if someone helps me solve this problem. Thanks.(Sorry for my bad English, I'm not too good)
