Problem accessing Microsoft Account after it has been hacked

Many of my accounts were hacked. I worked for a month to get all my accounts reset up, passwords and log ins changed.I have not been able to get my microsoft account fixed.I have asked questions of microsoft, I have asked for help from microsoft, i had an agent remote in, I have sent several emails to microsoft asking for helpI did this for weeks.I finally just gave up. Microsoft has not helped me. I keep getting pop ups to verify who I am for security reasons. I have tried.When I try to reset it, it wants to send an email to someone who is not me, it is not nor has ever been an email addr
