Cash App blocks my Solitaire Game. It loads like a regular add does but it doesn't "time out" in seconds like other adds do, it just hangs as a blank

Cash App blocks my Solitaire Game. It loads like a regular add does but it doesn't "time out" in seconds like other adds do, it just hangs as a blank, black page for ever. I cannot play my Solitaire Games. How do I stop Cash App from this behavior?
