If you're updating to Dragon 16, the only thing you have to do is reset your Windows system. Once you've done that, Dragon will work fine with Adobe or any other program. If you are having trouble uninstalling Dragon completely and installing the new version, try this: first uninstall Dragon 15 and then install the new version alone (without the upgrade). If you get the version with the upgrade, uninstall it first before installing the new version of Dragon. You can also go to your program files on your PC and reinstall Dragon 15 before uploading the new version of Dragon 16.
