RandyL Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Hi Miles; I usually see download problems with Adobe Shockwave player not Adobe Flash Player. In either case try downloading the stand alone installers to your desktop then install frome there. Shockwave Player 11 Flash Player 9 Quote We are all members helping other members. Dalo Harkin Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 Did you try to set your Internet Zone security to default? In IE open Tools\Internet Options\Security press button "Default level". Then go to Advanced (Tools\Internet Options\Advanced), scroll down to Java and see if the check box is checked. Enable "Active scripting" to allow javascript to run. It is under custom settings for the security zone such as "Internet zone" or "Trusted Sites".
