I created the reset disk as suggested, created a new password and word to remember it by. It's on a 19" Acer Laptop. All I want to do is get in download files and pictures and reset it for my great nieces to watch movies on. It's Vista Home Premium INTEL R Core 2 DO CPU T6400@ 2.00 GB RAM Mobile Intel ® 4 Series Express Chipset Family. Windows support was pretty useless because I couldn't get anyone live. The error I get is just The user name or password is incorrect. I'm also getting an error saying An Error Occurred While The Wizard Was Attempting to Set The Password For This User Acc
