Microsoft Account - a cry for help I have been trying to cancel or change Microsoft account for two years but after hours of "chats" I have got nowhere. The account os registered to an old email address which I no longer have access to. The phone number on the account is an old landline. The password on the account no longer works (too many attempts?) I have tried the Microsoft recovery system but without success. Things got worse when the Office 365 could not auto-renew because the credit card I used no longer exists. So basically I cannot access the Microsoft Account at all. I h
