Preview Pane in File Explorer "chops off" right hand portion of previewed PDF documents - please add a zoom in/zoom out button?

Why does "preview pane" of File Explorer "chop off" part (1/4-1/3 of the right side of a document), when providing the preview of the document, this is especially annoying when the most important part of the document is near the right margin. Why not make it preview a complete page (you fetched the whole document in your cache), rather than just a sub-left portion of a pdf page, for example? It would seem if you are fetching a document, you could allow one to zoom in just a bit, to see the entire front page, rather than cropping out the right hand portion.
