Is there any way I can change the power state of USB composite device driver?

Hi, I have a problem. My USB ports stopped working properly after my device woke from sleep mode. I'd connect my phone but I wouldn't get the option for file transfer, it would only charge. Some of my USB devices stopped working, like my Xbox controller. After searching for answers on the web, I came across a solution that involves disabling selective suspend on the USB drivers. On my pc, there are three of them, Intel extensible host controller 3.1, USB composite device and USB hub 3.0. . Before disabling selective suspend, I checked the power state of each driver, they were all in D3, which
