I'm trying to unzip a file that says my access is blocked, can anyone help?

I've downloaded a large file from my Dropbox. When I try to unzip it it say's "Cannot Complete the Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard. Access to the compressed (zipped) folder is denied." It's a file I put on Dropbox, I've not blocked the access to it. Is there a fix for this?
