New error code.

So first my computer loses sound, the taskbar changed from blue to grey. None

of my programs can be opened without "PERMISSION FROM THE ADMINISTRATOR" and

I can't open the control panel from start, or access my task manager. On

reboot, I got this blue screen with the following:

 

EAM.SYS+705a at F757E05A.

 

So is my compute4r completely muffed?Will it be easier if I go and buy

Windows XP Media Center Edition (cuz that's the operating system im running

on now.) and re-install my operating system?
