In programme files can I delete something called ‘driver support’. It has something to do with MacAfee which I do not have on my laptop

My lap top can take up to 45 minutes to get started. It freezes all the time. In the Windows © drive in Programme files I have something called Driver Support. It seems to be to do with MacAfee which I do not use. It was on the lap top when I bought it but allowed it to expire.
