Guest CUBuffs Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 I have a user who logged into a different pc on our Server 2003 domain and was unable to open her MS Office apps (Outlook, Word, etc) or could not even open the system icon or add/remove programs in the control panel. When she logged in to her own pc she began having the same problems. I am guessing that her user profile is damaged. How can I repair it? Thanks.

To find out the path to the profile check the user properties in AD. -- MCSE 2003 "CUBuffs" wrote: > I have a user who logged into a different pc on our Server 2003 domain and > was unable to open her MS Office apps (Outlook, Word, etc) or could not even > open the system icon or add/remove programs in the control panel.
