Cant open virus and threat protection nor group policy editor (Surface laptop 4, windows 11, M365 for business in use)

My surface laptop4 (windows 11) is under doubt of being phished and i reported to my IT admin.He asked me to do a full scan from virus and threat protection.However, I cant find such option from windows security.I type in virus and threat protection in the search box and was able to see the button.However, when i open it, below popped up.I told my IT admin, and he asked me to enable such function from group policy editor, where i was asked to open it by opening gpedit.msc. However, i could not open this as well.My laptop belongs to company, and we are using M365 business. We also have microsof
