I lost internet for about 5 second while running dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Could that cause issues?

I lost internet for about 5 second while running dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Could that cause issues? I ran check and scan health after and both reported no problems. Just to let you know, I'm running restore health because scan and check health were reporting corruption.
