I have a brand new Pro Surface 9. When trying to get to OneDrive I get an error that says Failed to start because no QT Platform could be initialized, advising to reinstall. When I try to uninstall, it says it can't find the program. Trying to install, it says I have to uninstall. I'm going in circles and nothing I can find by searching has solved the problem.
