I'm Natalie.. posted up my problem..

Not too bad usually with computers.. been a bit more of a software girl though, so more than likely having hardware probs lol :D

 

Hope everyone gets to the bottom of their PC troubles.. Stress from these things can be insurmountable and entirely unnecessary!
