I accidentally reset my TPM when reseting my PC. Now It won't sign in with the right password.

So I backed up all my important data in my Laptop Lenovo Idea Pad 110 to my hard disc external. And I decided to reset the Laptop because it's starting to bug a lot. And when it was resetting it asked me if I want to clear the TMP and without knowing what it is I thought it was a cookie or something and clicked ok. After it finished resetting I tried to sign in but it gives me error messages.
