On Windows 11, once I try to login I am getting c::\windows\system32\kernel.appcore.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Explorer does not run (no Start button) and desktop icons blink on and off. I was able to run ad admin cmd prompt by invoking task manager and then tried the SFC and DISM options. SFC completes but DISM fails. I've also created a Win11 recovery USB and tried booting off that to run from there, but no go. Did a search for the file in question and found copes in System32 and SysWOW64 as well as deep under WinSxS. The one under SysWOW64 sh
