Guest Saywut? Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 When trying to access Add/Remove Windows Components the Wizard loads, but it doesn't allow me to make any changes. It just loads, runs through the routine of making changes (which I have not had to opportunity to make) and completes the routine only giving me the option to click "Finish". Is there a Sysoc.inf tweak that I can make to get it to behave properly? Thanks much. -- I don''t want to know what I don''t want to know, but I don''t know what I don''t want to know.

Guest Saywut? Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 Re: Add/Remove Windows Components runs amuck Coder, I am not sure of what you are suggesting with Set Program Access & Defaults. It does not give me the options to do what I want to do (get rid of games, etc.). Accessing the Add/Remove Windows Components from %SystemRoot%\system32\control.exe appwiz.cpl @0,3 results in the same behavior as posted below. -- I don''''t want to know what I don''''t want to know, but I don''''t know what I don''''t want to know.
