keep on gettting the windows security screen saying making sure its you? How can this be corrected?

As i said i keep on getting the windows security popup window in 11. how do i fix thisI tried changing my pin ,but this did not work.I see people hving this problem have to do a cleasn reinstall of windows 11 to clear this up?
