Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable won't install and I'm confused as to why

the question says it all I have a log file from when I try to install it and screenshots of what happens when I try to install it this issue has been around since I enabled TMP 2.0 and installed windows 11 some time last year and every solution I've found across these forums and reddit doesn't seem to work
